Payment & Refund InformationPayment Options All transactions at the Burning Butterfly are executed through PayPal, however, a PayPal account is not required to make a purchase. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and to prove it, we offer a 60 money back guarantee on all of our products! If at anytime within 60 days of when the item was shipped you are not satisfied, simply contact Client Services for a Return Authorization. When contacting Client Services via email or through our contact form, please include:
Refunds Refunds are given for the purchase price of the item at the time that it was purchased and do not include any shipping fees. If tax was applied, the tax amount would also be returned. We must issue reimbursements using the same payment method that was originally used to make the purchase. For example: if a credit card was used to place the order, the credit for the merchandise would need to be sent back to the same card. For security reasons, we are unfortunately not able to make exceptions to this rule. If the item was a gift and a refund of the purchase price is desired, we would still need to refund the original method of payment (i.e. credit the gift giver's credit card or PayPal account). If the Client so chooses, refunds can also be issued in the form of a Store Credit or Gift Certificate. Refunds and/or Store Credits/Gift Certificates are issued 24 to 48 hours after the merchandise being returned is received in our office. Returning Merchandise It is advisable to return items with a delivery confirmation number as we are not able to offer a refund or credit for merchandise that is lost by the carrier. Insurance is also recommended although not required for a refund. Exceptions The only exception to the 60 Money Back Guarantee are Butterfly Kisses Gift Certificates. Once a Gift Certificate is purchased, they are not returnable. We are also unable to trade Gifted Butterfly Kisses for cash. Exchanges In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Client Services so that we may send you out a replacement and correct the situation. |
